After you book your consultation or first session:
You’ll receive a confirmation through Jane.
We’ll connect for your scheduled time.
If we begin with a consultation and it feels like a good fit, we’ll arrange your first session.
A Note on Fit
Finding the right therapist matters. If it seems that another provider or approach would better support your needs, I’m happy to help guide you toward appropriate resources.
