AI-Assisted Documentation
I may use Jane’s AI-assisted documentation tool to support clinical note-taking. Audio is processed securely through Jane, and recordings are securely deleted once documentation has been completed.
How information is used

maintain clinical records as required
Storage and security
Client records are securely stored within Jane, a Canadian and PHIPA-compliant platform. Electronic records are password-protected and safeguarded.
Retention of records
Client records are retained for 10 years following the last contact, after which they are securely destroyed.

Information is confidential and will not be shared without your consent, except where required or permitted by law.
Access to records
You may request access to your personal health information at any time, subject to legal and clinical limitations.
